The museum of broken people (temporary name)

Work in progress – Solo creation

"The Museum of Broken People" explores how personal past experiences shape one's inner world in the present moment. Past experiences accumulate within a person's identity, forming “the museum of the self" housed within the space of the body. The work aims to discover the possibilities of this museum, what repository of memories is engraved within the body-mind complex in the form of artistic creations. How can we depict the curators of life's influential events alongside each other? Is it conceivable to craft a pristine present and forge a novel future in contrast to the dominant past through connection with the other.

In the solo there is a female performer on stage, carrying her past, narrative, and history; one body carrys soul archives. In the shadow of a clear movement language, the performer's individual responsiveness to present moments will be influenced by her personal past, gradually revealed to the audience in fragments. The dramaturgy will be based on a score predetermined, but with the

performer having freedom in decisions and responses within the framework of the logic to fulfill the present.
